Connect your sources
Three integrations are required: Google Ads (cost), Google Analytics 4 (behavior and revenue), and Google Merchant (your product feed). Meta Ads is optional, TikTok is next. If you upload sales data from your store, PMK Core treats it as the truth for revenue — your database beats analytics sampling. COGS data unlocks margin-aware views. Access is read-only to start.
A run takes the snapshot
On your schedule — daily for most stores — a run matches ad cost, revenue and purchases to every product in your catalog. Cost is split into direct (attributable to the product) and indirect (campaign overhead, distributed proportionally — reported, never used to judge a product). Every run is immutable: you can always go back and see exactly what the data said on any date. Runs are also the pricing unit — you pay for runs, nothing else.
The catalog splits into seven segments
Every product is ranked twice: once by ad cost, once by revenue and purchases. The two rankings combine into seven segments — Champions and Power Players at the top, Niche Players and Underperformers in the middle, Black Holes (spend with zero purchases), Free Wins (sales with zero spend) and Phantoms (inactive) at the edges. No thresholds to configure: the split adapts to your catalog every run.
You act — or the Actions screen tells you where
The Analyzer shows the whole catalog. Movements shows what changed since the last run. Product Detail explains any single SKU. And the Actions screen turns the latest run into a prioritized list: cut these Black Holes, review these Grey Holes, scale these Champions.
Segments flow back to Google & Meta
The export publishes supplemental feeds where each product carries its segment as a custom label. Google Shopping and Meta catalogs pull the feeds on schedule. Your campaigns restructure around the labels — bid up on Champions, quarantine Black Holes — and the loop closes: next run measures the result.
